I wasn't sure what to expect since I was a first-time customer and don't live in the area, but Shell Beach Floral was great! The flowers were beautiful, and their customer service was amazing. Delivery was a little challenging because of the car show and all the traffic, but they kept me updated along the way and were very communicative.
